Jonah Crab fonduta on crostini with peperonata, ceci beans, gaeta olives, capers, parsley, and extra virgin olive oil
Caramelized fennel, carrot and ricotta filled ravioli with tomato sugo, Chickering Farms veal bocconcini meatball
Sauteed lobster tail and meyer lemon over cannellini, cranberry and green beans ragu, with sugo di minestrone
House made salami picante and prosciutto cotto with mozzarella, puntarella Caesar and profiterole crouton

Veal scaloppini with chestnut puree, roasted cauliflower, radicchio, Napoletana and parsley
Black garlic cannelloni with tomato ricotta, sautéed shrimp and scallops, zucchini, summer squash and burro bianco
Prosciutto wrapped gray sole saltimbocca, sautéed asparagus, crispy sage, and Parmagiano sabayon
Braised beef short rib with roasted butternut squash, balsamic spinach, and bacon marmalade
