Pan seared Jonah crab cake, over tomato-jalapeño relish, chervil aioli and baby mache salad 

Gnocchi alla Bolognese
 Kobe beef and Berkshire pork Bolognese sauce stewed with San Marzano tomatoes
tossed with ricotta gnocchi and local mizuna greens

Gamberi in Pomodoro
Canadian prawns poached in tomato water, with braised kale and fingerling potato

Zuppa di Zucca
Locally grown butternut squash bisque, served with black mission fig and pistachio compote

Choice of:

Bistecca  con Cipolle
Porcini rubbed beef sirloin steak, over creamed baby spinach served with crispy onion frites

Cioppino di Pesce
Pan seared local cod, day boat scallops, gulf shrimp and Bang's Island mussels,
 served in a light fennel-scented tomato broth 

Maiale alla Tuscana
Berkshire pork tenderloin over whipped celery root potatoes, sautéed broccoli rabe,
severd with warm apple compote

Costala de Manzo
Porter beer braised beef short rib, with carrot and caraway gnocchi, sautéed scarlet
frills mustard greens and rich braising jus

Chestnut and ginger cheesecake with lady finger crust 

Torta alla Cioccolata
Chocolate torte with pistachio praline and cinnamon crème anglaise
