On October 20, 1994, my business partner and I opened Anthony Alberto's Ristorante Italiano with the desire to provide excellent service, elegant surroundings, and the very best in cuisine.
Recently, I proudly became the sole proprietor of this restaurant. On April 24th 2007, we celebrated by renaming the restaurant Ristorante Massimo.
This was simply an opportunity for us to celebrate who we are and what we have accomplished, and to share that enthusiasm and passion with our guests. Everything you love about us remains the same: the food, the people, the hospitality, the ambiance and the charm.
Renaming the organization was an exciting and unifying project--for our guests, for our staff and for our community.
As the owner of Ristorante Massimo, my goal remains the same as the day we opened--to consistently provide our guests with the finest in cuisine and service. Each customer receives the level of first-class hospitality found in some of the world's best restaurants.
We will continue to combine the freshest and most flavorful seasonal ingredients in our rendering of Italian cuisine, all artistically presented by our executive chef and our skilled staff--the truly talented artists behind the dining masterpieces.
Now that we have officially opened our door as Ristorante Massimo, everything you love about us remains same.
